About Us

Welcome to wickandstow, accessible via www.wickandstow.com.

wickandstow is an official trading brand owned and operated under www.wickandstow.com. We specialize in providing specialized storage solutions designed to manage wet weather gear effectively, including umbrella sleeves, storage pouches, absorbent bags, umbrella stands, and portable gear carriers. Our mission is to deliver functional, practical, and well-managed products to individual and business customers across the United Kingdom and continental Europe.

Operational Oversight & Order Fulfillment

Every aspect of our operational workflow—from inventory management and product quality control to packaging and order dispatch—is managed under direct company supervision from our registered facilities. By maintaining direct management over our storage and logistics operations, we maintain accurate oversight over our inventory, processing times, and shipment execution. We do not transfer operational management or order preparation duties to unverified external intermediaries.

Intellectual Property & Content Integrity

All visual content, product images, graphics, and text presented on www.wickandstow.com are either entirely original property of wickandstow or properly utilized under legitimate copyright-free creative licenses. We do not claim affiliation with, authorization from, or endorsement by any third-party brands, trademarks, or registered intellectual property holders.

Legal Compliance & Consumer Standards

We operate in compliance with the applicable legal standards of the United Kingdom and the European Union, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, and applicable Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR and EU GDPR). We are dedicated to maintaining transparent business practices, clear product descriptions, and dependable customer service channels.
